Our History

Founded by Pastor George Otaka and Rev. Beatrice Ketty Otaka, Rapha Global Mission was established in Kampala, Uganda, with a divine mandate to bring deliverance, healing, and total transformation to individuals, communities, and nations through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our mission was born out of a deep conviction to raise, equip, and commission ministers of the Gospel for deliverance and transformation. From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a Spirit-led apostolic movement that spans across Uganda and beyond.

The name "Rapha" comes from the Hebrew word meaning "to heal," reflecting our core calling to bring holistic healing to a broken world. We believe that healing encompasses not just the physical, but the spiritual, emotional, and social dimensions of human existence. To heal means to mentor, to restore, to cure, to repair, to prevent disease, and to fix every area of brokenness in people's lives.
